Château de Prague - Basilique Saint-Georges

Amazing acoustically. Disappointingly, very very cold as there was no heating!

It was very cold. But I understand, old churches don’t have central heating! Still, it was a little uncomfortable sitting for an hour in the cold. The music was beautiful though👍

Beautiful venue but temperature v uncomfortable

Beautiful inside; first time I had been in there. Sound was as good as you could probably get for a building such as that.

Chapple looks like in restoration and we sat on wooden benches. The temperature inside was couple degrees more than outside. A little bit cold.

Cold, but the enviroment it was good for enjoy the concert in a better way.

Although the venue is beautiful you could not see the performers well which lessened the experience.

The Basilica is a great venue but we were seated in 3rd row and we could not see the players. This was the only reason we didn’t rate the concert as excellent.

Very, very cold in the church despite being well prepared and wrapped up warm. Beautiful venue - would have been even better if lighting a bit lower and some real candlelight. Cushions on chairs a great bonus.

The only thing that spoilt this, was the very rude man checking tickets at the entrance.

THis is a chapel and thats what we expected.

Too hot with no air ventiliation. A fan was needed to create air movement.

It's too cold to sit in the venue for an hour. I wish there was some heating device to keep the audience warm.

Très belle basilique,mais pas du tout adaptée au niveau température pour les artistes obligés d'être emmitouflės et pour les spectateurs qui ont gardé leurs gants ,nous avons tous eu très froid,

The church is beautiful inside, and the acoustics is good. But the 'orchestra' is far from audience. Thus who buys more expensive ticket for the front part, does it almost in vain, no significant difference. In the church it was much colder than outside, even being in winter coat it was difficult to pay full attention to music. Maybe in summer the air is pleasant inside, but at winter time this place is not suitable for concert.

Beautiful church. However, it would have been difficult to stay longer than the time allotted for the concert, as it was as cold as outside minus the wind chill...!

The one negative is that the audience cannot see the performers. While the acoustics were excellent, which is most important, a bit more interaction - even visual- between the musicians and audience would make this venue superb.

We liked the ambiance of the church. Wish the performers were a little closer so we could watch them play.

The church was beautiful. It was extremely cold and we weren't allowed inside until right before the performance even though we were given instructions to get there early.

Such a privilege to be able to listen to the concert at the venue. The acoustics were absolutely stunning and made the event.

They ran out of blankets. The lady on the front door was crabby.

Thousand year old church!

Unique location

It's a nice venue with good acoustics, but when you cannot really see the orchestra, there is too much of a disconnect. This could have been helped, with an introduction or addressing of the audience, but this did not happen.
